About
OKAPI:Orbits offers an end-to-end space traffic management (STM) platform, covering mission planning, collision avoidance, and deorbiting. Its AI-based systems analyze and fuse tracking data to predict collision risks and optimize satellite operations across the full mission lifecycle. Founded in 2018 as a spin-off of TU Braunschweig, OKAPI:Orbits has deployed its technology in over 150 satellites and raised seed funding (about €13M) to expand globally. Based near Berlin and employing around 35 people, the company works with major operators (e.g. SpaceX, Amazon) and regulators to make space more sustainable.
